TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
IN THE EVENT THAT A MEMBER WISHES TO NO LONGER CONTINUE WITH HIS OR HER MEMBERSHIP THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED:
1. APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION STATING REASON
2. RECEIVE FINANCIAL CLEARANCE FROM THE MGT. BOARD
