Omniversity Imperial Business School: Provides advanced education and training in leadership, management, organizational development, marketing communications, finance, and entrepreneurship, with programs tailored for professional advancement and global employability.  Omniversity Global Foundation: Oversees international outreach, scholarships, humanitarian programs, and strategic partnerships that expand education, healthcare access, food security, agricultural support, and financial inclusion worldwide.  International Academy for Artificial Intelligence and Experiential Learning (IAAIEL): Specializes in AI-powered learning, research, and professional development for enterprise leadership, organizational management, and emerging technology applications across industries. The Omniversity Imperial Foundation drives integrated humanitarian and educational initiatives that strengthen education, professional development, healthcare, entrepreneurship, agriculture, financial inclusion, and community resilience. - Tokunbo Akeredolu-Ale (TA) FCILRM FIMC FCIA CMC CITP CLRMC MPM MIT MCPN is a bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree holder from the University of Ibadan (UI), a Master in Information Technology (MIT) and Project Management (MPM) holder from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and Project Management College (PMC, UK) respectively, a Chartered Loan & Business Risk Consultant (CLRMC), a Fellow Of The Chartered Institute Of Loan & Risk Management Of Nigeria (FCILRM), a Fellow Of The Chartered Institute Of Administration (FCIA),a Chartered Member (C.ITP) of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) , Fellow of The Institute Of Management Consultants (FIMC) a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and currently ED at Omnibus Imperial Foundation (OGF).
